 Investigator Kevin Sparrow Within the Pearson Police Dept is an investigation unit which consists of criminal investigations, and drug investigations. It is the responsibility of the Investigative Services Division to investigate incidents within its jurisdiction and to determine whether a crime has been committed. The division collects and organizes facts and evidence that lead to the identification, apprehension, and successful prosecution of the offender. The Investigation Division is overseen by Investigator Kevin Sparrow. Inv. Sparrow has been in law enforcement three years, graduating from the South Georgia Police Academy in 2004. He has been with the Pearson P.D two years.
 Officer Corbitt and Zenta Officer Kevin Corbitt is the department’s drug investigator along with Zenta, the department’s narcotics dog. They are responsible for the suppression of drug activity, seeking out information regarding the local drug trade, working highway drug interdiction, as well as serving search warrants for narcotics. Officer Corbitt has been in law enforcement seven years coming to work for the Pearson P.D in 2006. Officer Corbitt is a Certified Narcotic Detection Dog Handler which he attained in 2007. Zenta is a three year old German Sheppard and is a Certified Detection Dog
